About Us

Orange County PHP ( OCPHP ) was formed by Scott Johnson in 2005 out of the need to share ideas and knowledge of the latest ways to develop in the PHP environment. It is currently organized by William Estrada with the assistance of contributing individuals such as Craig Gardner and JC. OCPHP has and continues to welcome all PHP skill levels to share their questions or experience amongst everyone in the local PHP community.

OCPHP has experienced significant growth over the last two years with achieving over 150 individuals signed up through Meetup.com ( http://php.meetup.com/327/ ) with a high activity ratio along with having continuous organized meetings with a vast array of PHP topics. The locations for the organized PHP meetings in Southern California range from Irvine, Santa Ana, Costa Mesa, Orange, and Newport Beach to name a few.
